Participating in our verification process does not create a legal relationship between your church and our platform. Your congregation members join as independent contractors. Your church retains no liability and has no governance role. Either party may end the verification relationship at any time, for any reason, with no obligation.

Common Questions from Churches & Non-Profits
No. Your organization's only role is providing a brief volunteer verification letter so a sitter can earn their optional "Verified Community Volunteer" badge, and confirming it when our team briefly reaches out. We do not claim any official affiliation with your organization, nor do we use your name or logo in our marketing.
No. Sitters are independent contractors who have passed their own background checks and safety certifications. Your organization's involvement is strictly limited to verifying their past or current volunteer status for their optional badge. We carry platform liability—not your church or non-profit.
A brief letter on your official church or non-profit letterhead confirming the individual is an active or recent volunteer, signed by a pastor, director, or ministry leader. It should include their full name, volunteer role, approximate length of service, and your office's contact information so our team can briefly call to verify its authenticity.
Our platform is independently owned and makes all decisions internally. While we welcome general feedback through our contact form, we are not able to make custom policy changes on behalf of any individual church or non-profit organization.
